  • Instrument Network acts as a marketplace only—we do not own, inspect, or guarantee items. All transactions are between users.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • List counterfeit, illegal, or hazardous items.
  • Misrepresent products or engage in fraud.
  • Spam, harass others, or violate intellectual property rights.
  • Use bots/scrapers to extract data without permission.

6. Fees & Payments

  • Sellers may incur fees for listings or transactions (clearly stated at checkout).
  • Buyers pay via secure third-party processors (e.g., whish money). Refunds/disputes are handled per the seller’s policies.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Instrument Network is not liable for:
    • User disputes, item quality, or shipping delays.
    • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from platform use.
  • We provide services "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the lebanese courts.
